Pat Fife, chief information officer, is responsible for supporting the technology initiatives for mission-critical systems and administrative functions of Dickinson Fleet Services, LLC.
Pat joined Dickinson in 2004 as the information technology manager. He currently is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all mobile billing administrative, software development, telecommunications, wide area networking, local area networking, desktop support, IT security, disaster recovery planning, and applications support. The mobile billing department and all programmer/analysts have a reporting relationship to Fife.
He was named chief information officer in April 2011 after serving as the vice president of information technology during which he lead technological advances including the design and development of WebWrench® (web-based customer management reporting portal) and TRAIT® (mobile field service solution software). Pat has also led Dickinson through a change in their back-end office system which has given Dickinson greater operating visibility with better reporting and information flow.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from the Purdue University West Lafayette, Indiana.
