After several years in business, we found that our customers wanted more from us than just maintenance.  They were looking for a company that would work with them, that would build together, and would help them manage their fleet. We knew there was a service void in the truck repair business and went to work to fill that void. We needed to make it easier to get trucks fixed. First we figured out that mobile service was the answer to making it easier to get trucks fixed, and began building a mobile service fleet. We heard our customers say they wanted to better control their fleet costs, so we developed WebWrench, an online system for our customers to manage their costs. We knew communications would be an issue with our mechanics working at night unsupervised, so we bought them all I-pads and developed TRAIT which is our software to manage their activities and communicate with our customers. We packaged all of this together and called it Maintenance Select. The first large account we signed 4 years ago was for 4500 trucks which challenged us more. We committed to set up a national network of mobile trucks to go to their locations and service their fleet. A task no other company had ever tried. We met that challenge, and it made us a better, stronger company. In 2013 we signed another large national account with 3500 reefer trucks. We finished rolling out service to them in December. That got us into the reefer business, and created a 24/7 hour call center for them.
